Lighthouse in Mukilteo

Pastels are not easy to deal with, you are showing great promise.

I love the water, the sky, and the docks in this scene.

What seems to be a flaw in the picture is that the buildings should be in two point perspective.

{You have a right side vanishing point, but the left sides of the building seem to be horizontal:
whereas, they should be moving at a slant towards your left vanishing point.}
